Hi,
I’m Suzette Shipton. I’m a local mum and passionate about everything property!
I’ve lived in Harpenden for many years, and, having moved 12 times in 20 years, I have a real insight into what buyers and sellers want from an estate agent. And my legal training makes sure it happens!
I set up Tuckfield Estates to fill a gap in the market for personalised, customer-focused estate agency services that are not just about selling property, but more about helping people move, and enjoying their property lifestyle. So, at Tuckfield Estates, you’ll find that we do things differently – as well as incredibly efficiently.
Whilst finding buyers and meticulously progressing sales for our valued clients will always figure highly, we also advise sellers whose property might be struggling to sell with another agent. We’re happy to provide a fair and confidential analysis of your property’s marketing performance to date, against industry benchmarks.
We can also advise on the potential value added of a garden room installation, extension, kitchen refurb, etc. and are happy to put you in touch with trusted trades and suppliers and interiors advice/sourcing.
